2. The KTS series multi station hot forging CNC robotic arm is a dual host (or dual head) machine that uses servo lifting. Unless otherwise specified, the lifting stroke is 0-35mm and can be infinitely adjusted. If a lifting stroke of 35mm or more is required, it should be confirmed when ordering.

Note 1: Double punch refers to producing one product with one punch press action, while single punch refers to producing one product with two punch press actions;

Note 2: When the production is not synchronized (referring to the mechanical arm moving first and the punching machine moving later), higher products can be produced;

Note 3: If the product being produced is a hexagonal cap, the diagonal of the hexagonal cap can be used for selection. When selecting, first choose the tonnage of the punch press, and then select the step distance based on the maximum product outer circle. The model can be one that is not listed in the table above, such as KTS220-250, KTS250-400。
