Product Introduction

Action Description

Use servo motors, screw rods, and wire tracks to achieve left and right movement feeding, use cylinders and air valves to achieve clamping action, use fully automatic lubrication pumps to lubricate equipment, and use encoders PLC、 The touch screen and other components enable the servo motor, cylinder, and other components to work together, perfectly synchronizing the robotic arm with the punch press. Clamping method

However, due to the increase in the number of vulnerable parts caused by the additional pair of claws, it is not recommended to use it unless necessary, as shown in the following figure.

When the final process is punching molding (with a cavity in the lower mold) and the blank cannot be punched out with a feeding rod, a feeding tray can be used for feeding, but it is not recommended unless it is necessary due to the increase in the number of vulnerable parts, as shown in the following figure:

Operating mode

It can be operated semi automatically, that is, after the operator checks that there are no abnormalities at each workstation, they step on the foot switch, the punching machine moves, and the mechanical arm moves left at the same time to send the billet to the next workstation. When the production line is stable, it can also operate fully automatically, but still requires one person to supervise. When the production line is stable, one person can supervise more than two machines.
