Our patented product, the CNC multi station synchronous hot forging robotic arm, concentrates several stations on one punch press and replaces manual operation with a robotic arm. Because of continuous innovation, we are always only imitated! Our company has been using the KS series robotic arm in the market for many years, but it has been discontinued and will officially exit the historical stage. The Ks190 model fully automatic multi station robotic arm - the latest version of the robotic arm has made a lot of improvements to the problems and vulnerable parts that were prone to occur with previous models of robotic arms - such as material jamming, sticking punch heads, hanging bottom cores, and alarms for material not being ejected, and shutting down the feeding machine and electric furnace!

1. It can be fully automatic or semi-automatic (foot pedal): if the material is stuck, the blank sticking punch, the blank hanging bottom core, or the punching blank is not punched, an alarm will be triggered and the machine will stop;

2. Change the claw structure: The original claw seat, fork head, adjusting screw, pin, and pull rod have been eliminated. The claw is universal and adjustable, with a simple structure and a cost of vulnerable parts not exceeding one thousand yuan per year;

3. Using 2 pull rods for symmetrical material support: not easy to jump molds, easy to adjust and maintain, no need to replace pliers when changing products, saving customers costs and time when changing molds!

The four requirements for our new fully automatic robotic arm are as follows!

1. The feeding machine must use a cylinder to push the material, because the mechanical arm's work is controlled by the feeding machine cylinder. The cylinder moves once and the mechanical hand moves once to ensure that the material will not be too much or too little. Therefore, manual feeding and roller feeding cannot achieve full automation.

2. The cut material should be flat at both ends, and the material head and tail should not be mixed inside, otherwise the number of shutdowns will be too many, which is not economical.

When any malfunction occurs in the electric furnace, there should be a fixed output terminal with a 12V voltage output, and the electric furnace should preferably use a module electric furnace with automatic temperature control.

4. The forming punch cannot break the inner punch (core), and the main forming punch cannot be protected by mechanical arms such as broken cores or falling blocks.
